From listening to music constantly to playing instruments, I've been a melomaniac since day one. This page is a place for me to share my musical interests.

Inspired by playing RockBand, guitar has always been one of my interests. For a long period of time I had set guitar aside, however these past few years I've been getting back into it. Check out my Youtube Channel to see what I've been playing.

I used this piece to try and elevate my playing. For the first time I truly focused my intention on musicality rather than just playing the piece “correctly.” Hope you enjoy it!

From either having nearly every song on the album be amazing to redefining the sound of music, these albums deserve special recognition.
Daft Punk's impact on digital sound, improvising, other artists, and music in general is hard to understate. Random Access Memories, to me, is the triumph of their unique sound that has captivated musicians worldwide. In this album, they fascinate us once again stacking each song with immense musical depth filled with instruments, vocals, and various digital noises.
I was excited for MICHELLE's album After Dinner We Talk Dreams but after listening to the album, I was confused. I thought, how could they be capable of producing such great music yet not be more mainstream than they are? If you like Indie music and haven't listened to MICHELLE yet, do yourself a favor and start here.
A truly admirable artist unapologetically creates their own sound. Here is a collection of artists who do music in their own way.
Artist turned politician, Sidhu Moose Wala's journey is truly inspiring. Once reaching stardom, Sidhu realized his music touched the people. Emboldened by his realization, he became a politician, joining the Indian National Congress. Not willing to let the opportunity to make a change slip from his hands, he continued rapping, albeit in a political fashion. Sidhu was assassinated as he was accumulating more and more of a following while calling out the government for its shortcomings, immortalizing him as a rising star that burned too bright. Interestingly enough, one of his last written songs "The Last Ride" prophesized his death.
Although there are many up and coming Hindi Hip Hop artists, King distinguishes himself amongst the rest. He layers instrumentals in ethereal ways, and his lyrics convey meaning unlike generic rap. I think his hit song "Tu Aake Dekhle" and "BLANKO" demonstrate his capabilities musically, dramatically layering and rising to finale, and lyrically.
